1- Macaron Fundamentals (Day 1):On this hands-on class you will learn:
• Overview of each step of the macaron making process, with scientific information.
• Make the macaron batter.
• Pipe, rest the macarons; prepare the ganache while the macarons rest.
• Bake the macarons, let cool.• Fill the macarons and add decorations (if time allowed)
2-Macarons Advanced (Day 2):On this hands-on class you will learn:
• Make & split the macaron batter into 3 for multiple colors.
• Make tri-color macarons and shapes, rest the macarons.
• Bake the macarons, let cool.
• Fill the macarons (if time allowed)
• Additionally, a demo showing a variety of techniques to make the process more efficient will be presented. You will take the beautiful, finished products home with you to enjoy with your family and friends
